Chill Fitness is a program for students from the grades of kindergarten through high school.
We know the importance of students being active and healthy as it will significantly reduce the chances of becoming obese or developing other obesity-related illnesses.
We provide health, wellness, and fitness programming 4 days week for youth in grades K-12. Through a series of activities, exercises, and techniques, youth will learn the benefits of staying active and encouraged to maintain a physically fit lifestyle now and in to adulthood.
Funding for Chill Fitness for Kids is provided by the Center for Prevention at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.
